Notice of the Public Accountants of Costa Rica


The Board of Directors of the Association of Public Accountants of Costa Rica, in accordance with the powers conferred by article 14 of the Law on Regulation of the Profession of Public Accountants and Creation of the Association of Public Accountants of Costa Rica 1038, dated August 19, 1947, agreed to ratify the adoption of the International Financial Reporting Standards, which was made at the 27-2001 session of August 27, 2001.

Tax Guide 2017


The PKF individual country tax guides are a key reference tool which features the key tax aspects of each country featured. Each guide addresses the major taxes applicable to business, how taxable income is determined, other related tax and business issues, and, the personal tax regime of the respective country. The final section of each country tax guide sets out the double tax treaty and non-treaty rates of tax withholding relating to the payment of dividends, interest, royalties and other related payments.
